Overview

The WSCC-07 is a compact and easy to use communications component supporting the SEMI SECSII Stream 12 Wafermapping communications standard and HSMS-SS. It is built on the .net framework, featuring simple application integration and stability at an excellent performance.

Download our sample application showing a communication establishment and a wafermap upload to a host. Both host and equipment use the WSCC-07 driver. The Equipment Application is a Visual Basic VB6.0 component and the host is a C# component.
