Overview

ALPS2 is a production proven wafermap server with a large amount of available wafermap converters and supported equipment.
It not only serves for central storage of wafer maps but also allows distributed visualization of real time wafermap data.
ALPS2 is suitable for single equipment up to large number of installed bases. It can be run in various configurations ranging from embedded in the equipment to large number of networked computers and enterprises.
